Team Building Outdoor
The nature of sailing makes it ideal for team building. All the people on the boat have to co-operate to manage the boat. We organize also diving course, where we teach also the buddy system.

Everyone team member has a role and with our experienced instructors we can ensure that no one person 'dominates'. Our core focus is that of building High Performance Teams and accelerating the development of leadership competencies. Using sailing and diving as an intense learning environment we work with teams and individuals to stretch their capacities and to build high level independence and interdependence.

Our programs are organized with a minimum of 4 participants, who will spend a period (to be determined) on board a sailing boat with a skipper, a co-skipper and a trainer who will lead the group towards a thorough awareness of the dynamics a governing team.
